Plant Orders 2021

𐄢 Waterwise:
Order no. 1541036553 ordered 4/24/21 for pick up after noon on Tuesday 4/27
A second order for pick up this spring, getting more of some things I liked -- 6 more dark purple violas for the front of the potting bench curve, a few more orange agastaches for the front triangle, 8 more plumbagos to get a bigger patch going in the dining room window garden. And a firecracker cuphea plant for a pot.

Order no. 1541036553 ordered 4/9/21 for pick up after noon on Tuesday 4/13
They didn't have the Mountain Red stachys to replace the lost one, but one still remains in the potting bench curve. Also, oddly, no sunflowers.

𐄢 Whiteflower Farm:
Order no. 5255510 ordered 3/8/21
Decided to get plant starts of nicotiana rather than try to start from seed. The woodland tobacco will go in the big blue pot by the deck. The alata tobacco will go in pots (two under the dining room window, one next to the patio table).

𐄢 Sooner Plant Farm:  May 4 ship date
Order no. 02272021-539791 ordered 2/27/21
A gallon container of 'Black Barlow' Columbine to replace the expired one of the three I planted last year (I got seeds of Black Barlow, but decided to go with a full plant, my seed starting capabilities are limited.)

Also ordered a one gallon white clematis 'Mrs. George Jackman' to plant next to the purple Jackmanii by the garage.

𐄢 Park Seeds:
Order no. WEBPS5694364 ordered 2/11/21
A dwarf blueberry for the white "cement" pot by the door and a Sweet Summer Love clematis to go in the brown urn by the gate.

𐄢 Bluestone Perennials:
Order no. 760460 ordered 1/18/21
A very large order -- $577 with shipping and tax, for spring delivery.

Most are additions of things I already have that have done well, and I want more of. The burgundy pennisetum is new, for a sunny spot in the kitchen courtyard.

And two new items I want to try: the tidy low mound of aronia will replace the shorn off deutzia in the front garden under the pine. Similar to the deutzia but with glossy leaves and it seems to be sold for this climate more frequently.

The dark blue agapanthus will go in a pot (need to get a new container) on the patio and should be nice with orange and white zinnias nearby. It can be brought inside over winter.

I'll try this in place of the usual Cape plumbago that I have grown in a pot in prior years.

𐄢 High Country Gardens:
Crocosmia 2 bags ordered last fall
Delivery week of April 12, 2021
